With the ‘Keel’ laid in December 2020, this state of the art Reef Tourist Pontoon is finally setting sail (under tow) to her home on the Great Barrier Reef off of Cairns Australia. With all local input for this project from Design (GA Glanvilles), Electrical (Pasma Electrical and Nautical Electrical), Construction (English Engineering), Plumbing (Gilboy Hydraulic Solutions), Slipway (Austal Cairns) and a host of other local contractors, it’s been an exciting project for the community.

Armstrong Maritime Services’s completed the Hull Construction surveys, as well as, Engineering survey, Fire systems and safety survey, watertight and weathertight integrity survey, Loadline conditions of assignment and final commissioning surveys and recommendations.

It’s been a fantastic opportunity to be a part of this project. Can’t wait to get the family out to enjoy it.
